Harold Mendoza is a Field Sales Consultant at Citadel Roofing and Solar, bringing deep expertise in the solar energy sector. His background reflects a strong focus on renewable energy sales and customer engagement.

Previously, Harold held regional sales management roles at SolarCity, Tesla, and Aztec Solar, where he demonstrated strong capabilities in business development and client acquisition. He has led strategic planning initiatives, developed major accounts, and built lasting client relationships by focusing on individual needs. His experience also includes launching new territories and maximizing sales opportunities.


Today, Harold’s mission is to empower individuals and families with the knowledge and strategies needed to achieve energy independence amid rising utility costs. With an academic background in economics and over 13 years of experience in the solar industry, he specializes in creating tailored solutions that align with each client’s unique goals. His approach is rooted in active listening, education, and a genuine commitment to helping others improve their financial and energy future.

Harold is a proud resident of Lincoln and enjoys spending time with his wife and three teenage children. He holds a BS in Economics and a BA in Spanish from San José State University.
