Its a huge investment but John's experience and easy to understand answers made our decision very comfortable. The installation was flawless. The guys were f riendly and professional. Citadel delivered! Everyone in the company was pleasant, professional, and upbeat. Having a project coordinator really aided with communication. No project requiring this level of coordination is problem free, but when there was a problem, it was handled well and in a timely manner. Megan was with us every step of the way.
